LAKE PROFILE: Garnet Lake is a shallow lake in a primitive setting, offering "picture-book" fly and light tackle wilderness experiences. An abundance of pickerel, large perch, and sunfish insures good to excellent fishing, and the opportunity to hook up with a lunker largemouth is ever present. This is light tackle fishing you read about but rarely enjoy and recommend for children 7 years and older. It's a worm and bobber fishing trip they will long remember.
